DE FEO is an Italian DJ, producer, and curator based in Berlin, known for his distinctive blend of fast-paced minimal techno and experimental club sounds. Rooted in deep grooves, stripped-back percussion, and hypnotic textures, his sets are a journey through carefully crafted sonic landscapes—equally suited for warehouse raves, intimate clubs, or immersive A/V performances.
His music bridges raw, underground energy with conceptual depth. Drawing inspiration from both the European techno tradition and his own curiosity as a researcher of sound and space, DE FEO is constantly exploring new ways to connect people on the dance floor and beyond.
In recent years, his dynamic DJ sets have brought him across Europe and Asia, with standout shows at clubs like Potent (Shanghai), Enter (Tokyo), Pillbox (Beijing), R.Lounge Shibuya, and a sold-out performance at Alcatraz in Milan. In 2024, he also premiered an A/V collaboration with a renowned contemporary dancer in Beijing, highlighting his interest in cross-disciplinary experiences.
As a producer, DE FEO’s tracks are supported by names like Richie Hawtin, Dax J, Florian Meindl, and Young Male. His 2021 signing with Flash Recordings marked a pivotal moment in his artistic evolution, reinforcing his commitment to pushing minimal and techno boundaries.
Beyond the booth, DE FEO runs two independent labels—SMR Underground and Questline. The latter, founded in Berlin, functions as a physical-digital platform for artists and collectors, merging music, visual art, and events into one unified creative vision.
