Born and raised in Tehran, Siamak Amidi is a DJ, music producer, and founder of Volt Music as well as co-founder and curator of Dubai’s influential Analog Room. With over two decades in the game, he has become a leading figure in shaping the underground electronic music scene in the Middle East and beyond.
As Creative Director of Analog Room – considered one of the cornerstone venues for quality underground house & techno in the region since its launch in 2012 – Siamak has been instrumental in fostering a real culture of sound, inviting cutting-edge international artists while cultivating local talent. His own DJ sets are known for their versatility, blending house and techno with psychedelic twists, always untainted, immersive, and raw.
Through his imprint Volt Music – a vinyl-only, limited-edition label – he continues to push forward-thinking sounds and champion analog purity.
