Legendary Japanese techno pioneer Ken Ishii makes a rare appearance in London as part of Womb Presents…From Tokyo With Love party joining Hito and Technasia this Saturday December 30th at Egg LDN. With trailblazing releases on R&S Records, Ken Ishii has scored film music, the official theme to Japan’s winter Olympics as well as writing music for games.

He’s been hailed by Newsweek magazine, designed a surround sound system for the Seto-Nihon Pavilion at the World Expo in Aichi, Japan, and revived his pseudonym Flare after 17 years dropping the acclaimed albums ‘Dots’ and ‘LEAPS’. A true heavy hitter Ken Ishii has played at mega dance festivals such as Monegros (Spain) and WIRE (Japan) and releases his first original album ‘Mobius Strip’ on November 27th
which includes collabs with Jeff Mills, Dosem and Go Hiyama, on CD with video footage and bonus tracks as well as on 7 clear vinyl. Check out his brand new Exclusive mix for the Egg Podcast soundcloud series here.
